ShadowCode Flatpak

ShadowCode as a Flatpak: the same app on the GNOME Platform runtime from Flathub, built from source inside the GNOME SDK for each architecture, with the bundled llama.cpp and its Vulkan module.

Version
2.2.0
Architectures
x86_64 and 64-bit ARM (aarch64)
Runtime
GNOME Platform 50 (from Flathub)
Verification
SHA-256 checksums in ShadowCode_2.2.0_flatpak.sha256

What you need

  • Flatpak with the Flathub remote (the bundle installs the GNOME runtime from it).
  • Any recent Linux distribution with a desktop; glibc version does not matter, the runtime brings its own.

On this version

  • The app reaches your projects and runs your tools on the host, so it is a developer app with broad host access, not a locked-down sandbox; agent shell commands still run in bubblewrap on the host.
  • The network allow-list for agent commands works through a relay to the host.
  • Not listed on Flathub; install the bundle from the release.
  • Checked by its SHA-256 checksum, not by the publisher signature the AppImage and deb carry.
